Refund & Cancellation Policy

Concept Physics provides digital learning materials, unit tests, and online computer-based test (CBT) series. All digital products are delivered immediately upon payment.

Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of the transaction timestamp. Approved refunds are subject to mandatory deductions:

• A non-refundable registration fee of ₹200.
• Applicable payment gateway transaction charges.
• Only the remaining balance will be credited to the original payment source.

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

• Requests submitted after 24 hours of purchase.
• Any test attempt, mock exam commencement, or viewing/downloading of notes and study material.
• User-side technical limitations, network instability, or device incompatibility.
• Account suspension due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time to prevent auto-renewal. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for unused durations.

To request a cancellation, email conceptphysics.in@gmail.com with your registered email and transaction ID. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
