Concept Physics provides digital exam-preparation content for CSIR-NET, GATE Physics, and TIFR GS aspirants, including but not limited to: computer-based mock tests, topic-wise unit tests, and study notes (collectively, the "Content"). All Content is delivered digitally through the Platform and is not a physical product.

• You must register an account to access paid Content, using accurate and current information.
• Each account is for the use of a single individual. Sharing login credentials, or accessing the Platform through a shared or resold account, is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension without refund.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Prices for test series and notes are displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase and are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials.
• We reserve the right to revise pricing for future purchases at any time. Changes do not affect Content you have already purchased.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All test questions, solutions, explanations, notes, branding, and platform software are the intellectual property of Concept Physics. Purchasing access grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content for your individual exam preparation. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, screenshot, record, resell, or publish any Content on any online platform, social media, or messaging channels without prior written permission.

• Do not attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the security or timing systems of the CBT engine.
• Do not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract Content from the Platform.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms with immediate effect.

Content is designed to aid exam preparation but does not guarantee any specific score, rank, or qualification. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concept Physics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Any changes will be reflected with an updated date above.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
